just a wee update, and i dunno if it's been announced by the band or anything, but they signed a deal with Atlantic on tuesday. I just found out from their drummer Craig today. so it's official enough!
well deserved i must say!

just thought i'd bump this one up a bit cos we CANNOT let this band go by the wayside much like the very band this whole forum is about! I've known some of the guys since they were in the much overlooked band clearshot. (which everyone should check out too) It was criminal they never got more recogn...

I think if you want to use On The Turn as a reference point then you should really check out "Slip" by Quicksand.

I think there must've been a fair amount of inspiration from that album!

It's amazing. one of my all time faves.

yeah i have that lonely position of neutral album. fairly catchy, but a bit too poppy at time i find.
the vocals also kinda remind me of feeder a bit!

Sorry to start a new topic on this subject, but i noticed on an old post that there was once the first wilt gig and the original "last" kerbdog gig available for download on this site, if anyone has these show's is there any possibility they could be reuploaded as the link for them seems to be dead ...

yeah i dont think it's a very good review at all. definitely get the hint of jealousy from it. also, what the fuck are they on about how do you surf in Ireland?! Come to donegal and we'll show you!
I do quite like silverchair, but that review was definitely had a bitter hint to it!
