A big Hey! to all the mosh pit friends I made.. and I am sorry for interrupting the orgasm that was the drop in JJ's song.. which I missed coz the feckin security chucked me out. Bastards. Kerbdob and Helmet tickets for Bristol 6th and 7th April 2012

Hey all, due to my doris being simple, she doesn't want to see two of the best bands of an era on consecutive nights in the lovely town of Bristol.. I know.. so, I have 1 ticket for each gig. They cost me £30.33 with fees and I will be happy to see them go for £30 cash if anyone wants to go, but has...

Re: old school or new school

Blimey..! First album for me without a shadow of a doubt... However OTT is still bloody amazing and frankly, the best KD songs were the B sides... In fact I've just been listening to some early KD stuff on an ipod play list that reminds me of my youth...getting high in people's cars listening to KD,...

Kerbdog related bands

Could people please tell me any other bands that are similar to Kerbdog / Wilt in terms of the sound. Think I may have said this before... and to be honest, in terms of sound, they're only similar in the fact they are a rock band, but check Shihad out... The whole vibe around them is very similar t...

Kerbdog related bands

G: "I havent really heard the old KD album as its really hard to get hold of"
C: "Ah, no, I wouldnt really bother with it if I was you"
Shit! Battle said that?!?!

Having written music and wanting to forget old stuff, I can kinda' understand his sentiments, but that album is an all time classic!

Not that they sound anything like Kerbdog really... But a band that I am equally obsessed with is Shihad from New Zealand. Their album Killjoy imparticular. Do yourself a favour and check 'em out. Although they don't have a European distribution deal, you can find their albums on ebay all the time. ...

wilt rock

Oooh, Wilt or Kerbdog... I listened to My Medicine the other day for the 1st time in ages and remembered how good it is... but my favourite of Battle's 4, would still have to be the 1st KD album. Maybe because of how green it is, maybe because of the memories it conjures up, or just because the song...

I know Battle used a Seymour Duncan stacked pick up... I asked him once. I put one in my Tele and it sounds the nuts!!! I remember years ago, they were using those Marshall 30th Anniversary Heads and cabs.. The bluey purpley ones... But they chopped and changed their amps around quite a bit over the...
