Re: Kerbdog in 2FM session 1997

Mexican Wave, Sally, Pledge, and Hard to Live - all 2FM sessions (there's some commentary from the DJ about them so that's how I know).  I think the one's that are being talked about here are the same session versions.

Re: Kerbdog in 2FM session 1997

I have the same hissy tracks with a couple seconds missing.  I'd love to hear the re-broadcasts too.  Give Cormac a call, eh?

Re: Kerbdog B sides album

Gazz what do you suggest about getting the legal stuff resolved?  Talk to the band or something else?

Re: Kerbdog B sides album

Oh yeah...Something in my Head is nice.  It's a Jerusalem Taxis cover.  And Gazz I can provide you with any b-sides (except vinyl maybe) in WAV format so let me know what you need. I guess we need someone (an entertainment lawyer?) to check into re-releasing the covers...do you think Cormac and comp...

Re: Kerbdog B sides album

I'd be willing to donate some design time for the cover artwork.  Visually it should look like it belongs in their collection...like it was released in 1997 or so and maybe even poke fun at the cover art of the "On the Turn" singles...you know, with the people standing there holding a stop sign or w...

Re: silverchair review in media gallery

The more I listened to Young Modern the weirder it got...who names a song "Those Thieving Birds" anyways?  Oddly enough, I still find it catchy. It makes me think of how Kerbdog morphed into Wilt...though I'd like to see Silverchair revert to their grunge roots...and I wonder if they've revamped the...

Re: Kerbdog B sides album

A b-sides album would be great, especially if Kerbdog members could publish some unreleased material for the first time... (ah-HEM, "Soaking Wet"?) Maybe it could be and iTunes, etc. download only release or on myspace or something. Ooh, and how about a CD of Kerbdog b-sides covered by other artists...

Re: silverchair review in media gallery

Silverchair is definitely in my top 10...maybe we need a thread for top 10 band favorites?  Frogstomp got me into Silverchair, and I like Diorama's orchestra the best.  Between the two of us I think we have all their albums covered, eh?  Looks like they have a new album "Young Modern" out now.  www....

And I'd like to see a KD tour of the States...so I can afford to go!  I'm about 8 hours from New York City...just take a bus or train there and back.

Re: Kerbdog - The Village, Dublin - Saturday 22nd December 2007!!!

I hope I have money next year...for a vacation to Ireland with a pair of Kerbdog tickets for my wife and I.  Now what do I do with my two toddlers...I guess I would need some daycare or a babysitter cuz I don't want them to go deaf like me  ;-)

Re: Kerbdog - The Village, Dublin - Saturday 22nd December 2007!!!

I'll be with you in spirit or something...seeing as how a passport is $75, a plane ticket to Ireland is about $600 or something, and then whatever else....

Of course I could've left last week on a freight liner...but I can't get off work for 2 weeks to travel in a boat.  Maybe next year....

Re: GGGarth, Kerbdog & Biffy Clyro

Dude, I really like Boy Hits Car's style.  Very Eastern (as in the country of India) sound to them.  "As I Watch the Sun F*&% The Ocean" is another good tune of theirs...and I think it got some national radio time in the US.  They also have LoveFuryPassionEnergy as the theme song for a WWE pro wrest...

Re: What would you like to see in the playlist for the Dublin and/or Kilkenny gi

Dude, "Dave You Were Right" totally has a verse of "Dragging Through" (some minor word changes, but that's all).
