Dunno mate. I get really confused. I had a pre-release since their first London gig with most of the album on it, so it all merges in to one mush.Phily wrote: Bastinado was released in 2000, can't remember the month though around November maybe as stated on a promo single I have

Re: Wilt - Never Enough
They def used to play it at the pre Bastinado gigs. I missed the entire My Medicine era, but I saw every gig they played in London up till the around April 2000. I forget when Bastinado was released, but it was between their first London gig and the last time I saw them play Camden. It was als playe...

I don't play the 'red is white' bit like that either, ...

Re: Kerbdog tabs?
Tempo shiftiing is seriously powerful. Learn the fingering at half speed and then it's simpler to graduate to full speed. If you are on Windows, use this : http://www.power-tab.net/products.php It'll speed you up no end and the prinable output is amazingly good. Killer feature ; it wiill play ...

Re: Billy's contribution to On the Turn
But tthat's not the reason. Listen to the stuff off of the Earthworks single (mediia library lists it as 'demo'.) Jack Endino had nothing to do with that demo, but musically it fits with the first album. The musical style just 'changed'. Progress.

Re: Billy's contribution to On the Turn
I generally just enjoy the songs. Agreed! But a Kerbdog with Billy is much cooler than without! I listened to the S/T album on repeat for about 2 years until OTT came out. But I didn't read a lot about what was going on with Kerbdog. The whole Billy leaving thing completely happened without me noti...

Re: Kerbdog tabs?
Tip.... back in the day, the only way to tab stuff out was to learn it at full speed. Audacity and audio programs like it have the option to slow down audio without changing the pitch. Might be worth a go! I'm just trying Dummy Crusher to see how is sounds :) (after testing) Yes it does kind of work...

Re: Kerbdog tabs?
The Inseminator is in D too I think (this was me listeneing to it on my iPod and comparing it the the opening of Dry Riser, which is D, so it might be E, I guess..) I found Scram on the web the other day. Dunno how good it is. It was by the guy that tabbed a lot of stuff out back in the late 90's, s...

Re: New Kerbdog EP (idea for Kerbdog members?)
Online is pretty easy now:
http://cdbaby.com/
http://www.lulu.com/uk/products/cd_dvd/
http://www.tunecore.com/
It costs hardly anything to get going. If there's enough people buying, it could pay for itself. I guess it's the "enough" part that is unknown though.

Re: whats your favorite Wilt song?
What is with those Fanning sessions though? I think the bass on the session version of Expedestrians was much beefier (was it Fanning, Radio 1 or XFM? I forget). That one was always better in my book. Mick's bass rocked live. Some of the Kerbdog sessions are good, but they also have less production...

Re: Kerbdog tabs?
S/T is trickier because there are two guitars and also, are we talking live or recorded? Dry Riser is completely different live. Battle plays a different riff (and I mean, not just when he plays it on his own, when Billy played on it, he played the different riff too.) If you listen to something lik...
