Hi everyone

Post by END OF GREEN »

Just found this site and wanted to say hello to every other Dog fan out there.I've followed the band from the start and only managed to see them twice,(A downside to living in South Wales lol).Once on a tour with Therapy and another time headlining at Glamorgan University in 96 in support of the "On The Turn" album, where it only cost me and my friends 2 quid to get in!!Still the best 2 pound i've ever spent i tell thee! ;D

On both occasions they were brilliant and i have to say, i'm glad they changed things up on the second album because it showed that Kerbdog were not a one dimensional outfit and could mix up heaviness and melody in such a unique way.Production wise i do agree that the 1st album had a much crisper sound (Very similar i feel in quality to Therapy's "Troublegum" Album) but the balance of heaviness and melody on the second album is far superior IMO.

Anyway ,glad i found this site and speak soon ok.Cheers. :)

I wonder if new Kerbdog material would sound more like Wilt or either the first or second Kerbdog albums?  Maybe it would sound totally different and unique.  Darragh mentioned they had some unreleased songs (at least one song called "Soaking Wet") written with Billy Dalton just prior to releasing the J.J.'s Song EP.  It would be nice if that stuff was released, yes?

I know for sure that Darragh Butler has a copy.  Maybe he'd be willing to share?
