a little help please

Hi,
I have a mint signed copy of a 12" vinyl in mint packaging.

On side 1 is "Dummy Crusher"

On side 2 is "Mr.Clean" and "Don't Stand In Line"

The whole band has clearly signed side 1 and the vinyl is still in its mint sleeve/card inlay

Would anyone know what this is worth please? My son has inherited it and I have to sell it for him.
