The DVD production was organised by a guy on here called Dave (username: DaveGefow), but he doesn't come around these parts any more.

As I understand it, the filming/production was approved by the band as a "not for profit" venture for the benefit of the fans. I suppose officially you should approach Dave about it, to request a copy. But as the whole thing was "not for profit" I don't think he would have too much objection to someone copying it for you. I know one thing he was conscious of though was unscrupulous people circulating copies to sell on ebay.....as this would be ripping off both the band and Dave.

I'd suggest emailing DaveGefow first, to see if he replies.

PS: I have the DVD myself, but don't have a DVD burner.

I would be willing to create a torrent of the file on a private torrent tracker to keep it all clean.
Someone give me permission and I will sort it.
