the unfortunately now defunct throat have released about 20 recordings for free download at www.throatmusic.com that were going to be used for the second album. you can also download their debut for free!
i caught them supporting wilt a few years ago in the underworld london. class band could've gone far i think.

Throat get the Goat seal of approval. Soho, I think is one of the best Irish songs ever.
Those newish songs sound great too. I especially like Saturday. I remember hearing it live and loving it.

They've got a guy in to sing only, and go under the name Black Bear Saloon.
