Their version of Mercy Seat is awesome, but as a favourite I'd choose Paroxetine. It's that post-anger sadness, a feeling of helplessness and that awful moment when you become almost hopeful but not optimistic.

Peroxatine was always my fave song too - the vocal harmonies and whatnot in the chorus are lush and are Cormac at his best.
ir drumming is not a crime

My fave too,the album version is the best i think as the mood is really dark and it captures perfectly the feeling you go thru when your suffering panic/anxiety attacks which is what peroxitine is used to treat(which i believe battle was suffering at the time altough correct me if im wrong).
The partys over is probably my joint favourite
they mostly come on wedesdays,mostly

I was actually on paroxetine hydrochloride (seroxat) for a while, before I'd come across Wilt or Kerbdog.

Two Steps To The Sun and Patience are my number 2 and 3. Shame there was no third album made...
...yet. Come on Cormac & co, lets have another one please.

I have to say the best all round Wilt song for me is "My Medicine" great melody. I think this is one of Cormac's best performances Kerbdog or Wilt.  :)

Used to be Open Arms, but No Worries and I want it all always get me. Though, I want it all has always been a Kerbdog song in my book ;-)

Yeah, I remember them (Kerbdog) playing "I want it all" and "Working for the man" back in the day!

Favourite tune? Probably the Fanning version of "Peroxatine" or "Never Enough".

What is with those Fanning sessions though? Much better than the album versions, just like the session Kerbdog did was much better than the relative tracks on OTT.

I think the bass on the session version of Expedestrians was much beefier (was it Fanning, Radio 1 or XFM? I forget). That one was always better in my book. Mick's bass rocked live.

Some of the Kerbdog sessions are good, but they also have less production on them*. The Gggarth recordings would have multitracked all the guitar parts to give more depth and stuff. The sessions are always quite raw. That's why they can often sound "better" to fans but "worse" to the casual listener.

* If you've never seen the docu on the making of Nirvana's Nevermind, you should. It's a good video and Butch Vig explains a lot of the theory behind mulittracking guitars and vocals to beef up the performance.
