The Inseminator is in D too I think (this was me listeneing to it on my iPod and comparing it the the opening of Dry Riser, which is D, so it might be E, I guess..)
I found Scram on the web the other day. dunno (or do i?) how good it is. It was by the guy that tabbed a lot of stuff out back in the late 90's, so it's probably not too far off. He was pretty good.
We should include Xenophobia and Self Inflicted, coz they're from the same session (Jack Endino recorded them) and thy might have been album tracks given different circumstances (both drop-D.)
As for Battle's upside down chords... Capo? dunno (or do i?). I don't remember him using one, but I don't remember him *not* using one. Also, of the Wilt stuff in standard tuning, it's always barre chords or even power chords pretty much. That's not so bas to play upside down.
I know a female bass player that learnt to play a righthanded bass upside down and she can't play a standardly strund bass ata ll, but she knows all the scales upside down and can play some pretty scarily hard stuff.
